How to remove clickable links on the lock screen in Win10?

    Searching around, it so far seems there's no way to keep Spotlight and not have these links displayed.

    Therefore use one of the two ways to collect a set of Spotlight screens, and use the Picture or Slideshow mode to display them.

    This was really irritating. Finally found the solution. The problem isn't with Spotlight.
    In the registry, go to following:
    \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ContentDeliveryManager\
    Make sure the following two DWord values are set to 0.
    • SubscribedContent-338388Enabled
    • RotatingLockScreenEnabled


    No reboot needed. Stops it immediately.

    Yeah, great thanks. In my case setting RotatingLockScreenEnabled to 0 removed them. But it also removes the randomized lock screen pictures. In that case it just shows a default one. It'd be nice to keep randomized images though.
