The difference with the middle one is, I slowed it down to 50% original speed from the original video/first gif.

In case anyone was wondering, it was the candle flame and comet 3D effect in Photos app that I used for the effect.

I was messing around in GIMP today, and made this, maybe @worf105 might like it:

Used the Photo app to make an MP4 with effects.
then used Movie to GIF, found where I wanted to crop it in size and GIF length
and got this
(large version)
