"Lock Screen Slideshow" For The Desktop Slideshow

    Hello,

You are familiar with how the Lock Screen Slideshow plays, where it sometimes puts one image on the whole screen and slides to the left or right / fades the picture away, and loads multiple pictures sometimes, varying by size, and other fancy variations, etc. Has anyone figured some method to be able to use that same method for the Desktop Slideshow as well? It would be nice to see many different pictures/combination of pictures within small amounts of time on the Desktop itself.

    Thanks

3rd party program like Wally (free), for example.

I use it to change wallpaper on each logon, but it can be set up in a variety of ways.
It can use pictures from disk, or a variety of other sources.

Does it have an option to set the Desktop background changes similar to the Lock Screen slideshow?

Best if you just give it a whirl; I'm not going to try to compare the two as I don't use the first, sorry.

You need @Brinks: 'Personalize (classic)' context menu - Add in Windows 10

I checked out the post, and that's a pretty cool little option that Brink added, it's a useful little context menu item. I see your picture attached though, and I see the window on the right says: Photo Gallery Screen Saver Settings. The options in the window look a lot like what I would want. But I have a question: That window says "Screen Saver", can you see if I can apply those options within that program (Photo Gallery) for the images that are shown on the Desktop instead of a Screen Saver?
    Thanks for checking.

Naw, sorry, I was 'barkin up the wrong tree'!

You'd need a 3rd party program like @dalchina mentioned; 'Deskscapes' from Stardock is a really good one, although, they tend to be resource hogs on weaker machines.

Wally, for example, can be set to close itself after changing the wallpaper, but then it won't be changed again until the program is launched I suppose if you wanted to change it every hour, you could create a scheduled task.
