All my apps are black themed, and I don't want that. How do I fix this

    All my apps are black themed, and I don't want that. How do I fix this


    All my apps such as Windows Store, Skype Video, Settings, Mail and others aswell. PLEASE HELP.

I've build a gaming pc for someone a few years ago and he's in need of an upgrade. He had a tight budget at that time so the PSU isn't up for any heavy upgrades, the case isn't capable of cooling the stuff he has in mind to get it upgraded with....
since today all my windows apps, like skype preview, control panel, winows store and such all do start but they show a small black box when hovered over in the toolbar and when clicked appear for half a second then disapear, even start stays open...
