Icons pinned to start keep vanishing and coming back.

For at least a couple of updates, Windows 10 has begun acting very, very strange with the Start Menu. Right now the issue is that pinned icons vanish and reappear seemingly at random (although always - if at all when I pin something new or unpin something existing)

They visually vanish as if I removed them while the start menu is open, leaving vacant tile spots in their place - and then reappearing later messing up the ordering completely.

Is this something anyone else is seeing? Any suggestions as to how to fix it - Or maybe coldstart the start menu somehow to reset it?

(This is at 3840x2160, 4K with 200% scaling enabled if that matters - Figured it might)

    Example:
    Dropbox - win10iconsvanishing.jpg

Yep, Start is eccentric in 10.0.130

Tiles vanish, resize, jump to a new position ... start won't open (go to settings, personalize, start and toggle the switches eventually start starts )

The tile issue settles down once the start menu is fully populated and you're not making many changes ... size, pin-tos, groups, etc. (settles down = happens less frequently)

    You're not alone.

In the leaked build(10147) the start menu works just fine and all of the issues have been addressed
