Is it possible to change the style/design of Windows 10 notifications?
If you ask me, the huge bulky notifications in Windows 10 look awful. It'd be great if I could make them semi-transparent or sync them to something like Snarl to change the design altogether. Is that possible at all?

i need to get to the same functionality as i did in Windows 7:
Personalization>Windows color and appearance>Advanced appearance settings, where I can set the font style along with bold and italic. i have searched extensively without success.
You can change the notifications in the Settings menu but all the toggles are greyed out. I am pretty sure i could change them before the anniversary 10 update.

When I open a template that has my heading and footer, and save it as a document, I cannot change style from Strong to Normal, I click Normal, nothing happens, Strong keeps highlighted. Template and document act the same way.
