    Using different fonts in file name

    Can I do what the picture below describes :

    Is there a utility that helps me do this?

    I think the Font used is systemic or system-wide, can't pick and choose like in a word processing document. You can use Display properties to make things larger or maybe smaller, I like 125% on displays of 1440x900 resolution for my older eyes.

Deleting fonts in Customization
Is there a way to delete a font in windows 10 build 9860? I used to delete fonts in win8 and win 10( previous build) by right clicking and delete but the new build will not allow to do that.
Screen fonts in Browsers and Email
Is it me or has anyone else noticed how terrible the web looks in Edge browser, particularly the fonts. I already have turned on Cleartype and adjusted the screen fonts, but still not as good as Win7. Should I install extra screen fonts?

I don't know about you but I am finding this messy and maddening. In Win.7 you could modify the font for the windows, both size and font itself. Win 10 will not all me to modify size, which is stuck on 9pt, and there is no option shown to change...
