    Changing the font on system

Why have Microsoft done away with what they had on Windows 7? On Windows 7, you could go into CONTROL PANEL and into display, and totally change the appearance of things on your computer including FONTS that were used for things such as title bar, active title bar... etc.... you can no longer do that and I think it's totally WRONG on Microsoft to have taken that option away from us and given us NO CHOICE but to use THEIR choice of FONT.... it's not fair and I for one want that option BACK and I want it BACK PRONTO!

    Hi.

If you go to Winaero - Free small and useful software for Windows they do ' WinAero tweaker ' which has been upgraded for Win10. You can set your own fonts for Windows title bars, Message box Icons, Status bar, and the System font among other things.

I have done what you said with Winaero Tweaker but I need to know how to change the font style in the following picture

I have tried everything I can possibly think of up to now so any help or SPECIFIC instruction would be appreciated

    Thanks

I would think that the font style/type on those square tiles is built into the app itself. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than myself will speak up if this is not the case.

I don't know as I don't use any of that "metro" flat style stuff. I have StartIsBack10 and a local account.
