    Color of a text element in a cad program

    Unless I get really close to my PC's screen, or select another item, I am unable to see if the radio button is engaged in a selected item in a list due to navy blue background color. My Win 10 laptop has the same program but the blue is a lighter shade. Color management settings for both machines are the same. Monitor brightness and contrast settings do not help. An image from both machines are attached.Color of a text element in a cad program-laptop.png

    I don't remember how to get here:
    Changing Text Colors in Windows 10 - Bing

    But I think the settings that you want to change can be done in that window...
    ...I cannot find how to open that window anymore for some reason...

    Maybe someone else who knows more about this will post soon and has more info

    I wonder if the titlebar color lends a clue. Much lighter on the laptop.

    There's this:
    Customize Colors in Windows 10 - WinTools.Info

    See if you can make a backup of your current settings in that app before changing things up.

    An idea, place that app's window close to the selected item's color on your desktop, and see which is the exact color that shows in that app, and maybe changing that color can help. Just an idea. Try not to change up too many colors in there! See if you can find that specific color that you can change.

    I tried it (colorclassic.exe) but it did not have any effect on my specific issue:
    highlight - no good;
    background - no good;
    button text - no good;
    hot tracking color - no good;
    menu highlight - no good;
    active caption - no good;
    threeddark shadow - no good.
    Everything else listed in the app were non-dark blue colors so i did not waste time on them.
