Lock Screen Image Is Wrong

    The one called Lock screen.png is what Windows says it's supposed to look like. Capture.png is what is actually looks like when I turn it on

    Do you have Settings set with the bottom Lock screen.png screenshot when the lock screen (not sign-in screen) shows the picture from the top screenshot?

    Yes but as far as I've been aware the lock screen image has always appeared on the start up screen, like it's never done this before and it still doesn't on my desktop which is set up in the same way

    The lock screen background would show on the Sign-in screen if set to do so. using OPTION ONE below.

    Your desktop background would be a separate setting. What is your desktop showing?

    As much as I appreciate how everyone has tried to help i had to refresh my Surface and get is set up because uni starts in a few days, sorry
