Windows 10: Sysprep win10 build 1067

I downloaded the win10 tech preview to see if I would be able to sysprep the machine, and I was able to.
Looks like Windows may have fixed the issue where Windows sees a upgrade/update as a new OS and does not allow sysprep to run.
I'm having trouble creating a new clean image with Windows 10 1511 (build 10586). Here are my steps:
1) Download the install using Media Creation Tool (10586) - save to USB drive
2) Install Windows 10 (10586) on a test PC from USB drive

I was wondering if anyone else was running into the issue of sysprep not prompting for a computer name during the boot up process. Everything in my attend file is functioning normally (even the copy profile) but I cannot get a prompt for a computer...
I'm trying to sysprep a Windows 10 Enterprise build 10162 so that i can capture, but i'm getting some errors and hope you guys have some sort of solution.
I've tried removing The upgrade key in HKLM system, but that didn't help.
