Lock Screen Question

This may help with the anniversary edition and note the need to turn "Show lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen") in Settings, Personalisation, Lock Screen to Off.

If you were wanting to disable the lock screen, then you could use OPTION THREE below to do so, but it still won't affect the lock screen at startup.

In that case, you could use OPTION ONE below to show the lock screen background on the sign-in screen.

Afterwards, change the lock screen background picture to what you like to also have it on the sign-in screen.

Check using option 1 or 2 below to see if you may have disabled the lock screen with this policy.

You'll only be able to use these file types for a background picture.
