How do I put color in the top of my window, like 8.1 did?
How do I put color in the top of my window, like 8.1 did?
Thank,
Wheere do I find Action Center?
If you have 10 Anniv, it's R of the date/time in system tray. If 10-1511, L of the time. Or, R click empty space on desktop, click 'Personalize'
I don't have anv update.
I right click and get Setting, but I don't see any Action Center.

I found it but I don't have all switches you show in your screenshot.
A couple about taskbar but none about windows.

I am very interested in this thread because all my windows have the same color in the title / caption, cannot tell which window is the active window anymore.
In the colors selection of Personalization, I have:
Automatically pick an accent color from my background = ON
Show color on Start, taskbar, action center, and title bar = ON
Make Start, taskbar, and action center transparent = OFF
Not apparently going to work for me because I was using a custom theme from the W7 upgrade, most annoying.
