I use UltraMon program for this purpose.
If you don't want to use third party software such as: display fusion, ultra mon...
Assuming you have 2 monitors. A simple way to set different background for each monitor is as follows:
- Navigate to C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes
- Rename the first jpg background to: Transcoded_000 with no file extension for the first monitor
- Rename the second jpg file to: Transcoded_001 with no file extension for the second monitor
- sign out and sign back in.
Hope this helps !!!
