Where is the old restart icon?

I created restart and shutdown desktop shortcuts on my computer, on which I recently reset Windows 10. The shutdown icon is the same as before, but I cannot find the restart icon (see attached). It's not in the directory with the shutdown icon. Where is this restart icon?

Which Folder/directory do you have the shutdown in?

    This page may help:

You can use any of the icons in that file, maybe create your own or search the 'net for one.

I found the icon. It's a custom icon offered by Brink in his Sevenforums tutorial on creating a restart shortcut. It works in Windows 10--at least, for me it works--but it doesn't save the icon. Later in the tutorial, he offers the custom icon for download. My question is, how and where do I save the icon in Windows 10 and apply it to the shortcut?

I may have figured this out. I saved the icon to a location on my hard drive and in the shortcut's properties for the icon location, I pointed to the saved location.

While researching this problem, I came across what seems to be a comprehensive list of Windows 10 icons and their locations. Check it out here.

    Thanks for the link.

You can place icons anywhere you like on the disk as long as the path is correct and working.

Though you may want to place all custom icons in a specific folder of choice, to keep things organized.

The path to files is a thing that goes back a long ways, not new in Win10. The main thing is not to store such things on a removable drive or the Operating System may lose track of it.
