    Turning off High Contrast

My grandson turned on high contrast a few days ago. I was able to get it turned off but yesterday it came back on and I can't turn it off. It's rather annoying and makes some screens difficult to read.

I have tried changing the theme in ease of access settings, then clicked apply, and it doesn't stick. I have tried left-control, left alt and prtscrn keys, nothing happens. Can you tell me how to fix this? My next step is taking it to the geek squad.....

    Thanks!

Hello and welcome to the TenForums :)

As well as turning off the high contrast settings as you have done you may also need to select a new theme from the Control Panel selections.
