These are more tools to check if your Contrast & Brightness are set correctly.
Do not adjust looking at them in your browser!
Apply them as wallpapers, and then make any needed adjustments.
You may have to keep switching back and forth between the two, and find the Happy Middle.
If you can see the Windows 10 logo(without it looking washed out) your contrast is good.
Logo= RGB 7 7 7 Background= RGB 0 0 0
This one is to check and adjust Brightness.
If you cannot see the Windows 10 logo, drop your brightness, until you can barely make it out.
Logo= RGB 247 247 247 Background= RGB 255 255 255
NoteWhen adjusting Brightness and Contrast,
it's best to do it in the ambient light viewing environment you use your PC usually in.
Meaning daytime, curtains wide open, sunny or well lit room,
or shades closed, in the cellar Battle Station OPSEC, dark viewing environment.
