    Could mean you need to reboot then if it's done so windows can make changes to files that are otherwise in use or are still being held in memory because they haven't "totally closed" like metro apps are only totally off when you drag them to the bottom in windows 8, where as clicking the [x] only closes the window and are just suspended.
    By the way, I ran chkdsk and it deleted something.


    Edit: more like some type of recovery file.

    I don't really know but it's just a temp file (nothing to worry about) something that the system or a program use like a scratch pad, like in math class when I was a kid in school. You had the test and a piece of paper to do the figuring. The system usually automatically cleans them out, but sometimes a few get left behind, that's why there is windows disk cleanup & what most users here have Ccleaner.

    Ok I've got to get some sleep now . It's 11pm here, but I have late shift(start work 2:30pm) tomorrow so I'll read through when I wake up if you need any help or maybe someone else will jump in.
