T/Bar Utilities' Settings, Tray, Tray, Sound, Network touch Keyboard

Good morning I have had this issue for a Long time I have tried changing Taskbar color and any advice I can find anywhere either doesn't work on my PC or it wont Stick? So while the Pin to T/Bar Icon's and date & Time are Okay they are in white font The only vision I have of all the Utilities Located there is a Black watery outline of each the Tray Open Chevron ^ the Volume Mix, is all but invisible please see Scr Clip
I am waiting to find out re the 20H2 loaded on my PC see Post in forum and since posting that another file has Downloaded and is awaiting a Reboot to finish 20H2 install if that's what it really is

Windows 10 Version 20H2 or 2004 1903 please see my other post I am waiting for a reply @ General Support Page 04
