    Thank you Pallocchio. I did not follow your suggestion exactly but I achieved more in 3 minutes tonight than I did in 1 hour last night. I created my own theme, named it, edited it directly, and observed the result by reapplying the theme. Thank you very much, sir, for your help.

    Can I still get this theme?

    It helps a bit.
    Browsers you can change the zoom in themselves.
    Changing the global dpi to something higher than 100%, however, renders the above function unusable.
