No interpolation works, but those 1px lines are messy.

I'm open to assist you, as you mentioned, but I won't make the 'Deluxe' on my own.
Do you have any design in mind, how will the arrow look like, etc?

I found your animation for the rainbow:
Its good to know that you are still experimenting.
At the moment, my designs in my are "Rainbow Deluxe" and "Riddler". The arrow needs to look like a classic standard arrow for Windows 10, but with some 3D on the edges of the arrow.
The animation in the rainbow is superb. It could be used to make Rainbow Deluxe with animation transition of colors from left to right (red to purple) like I described before.
When you are ready and feel like making a cursor set, it would be good if you Hopachi or someone else could make the Rainbow Deluxe cursor set.

One possible variation. Frame times need some more tweaking, the 'busy' will be a slightly larger fireworks explosion. Yet another option would be a spider web that gets built slowly

I think I'll settle for the last version, hopefully the thinner star will play nice with shadows, it would look odd if they were missing under the star or both that and the pointer. Maybe later for the 'working' I'll do a pixel spider dangling by a silken thread, moving its legs, and a spider web for 'busy'. It might not work for the tiny 32x32 version though

I also prefer slow frame times for busy and working in background cursors so that the animation can properly be visible.
Are now done in a way that satisfies me.
The animations in the .png previews created by RW Cursor Editor looked weird. Those .gifs won't display transparencies like drop shadows.

I think you should ask the RW Cursor Editor Team to update their software. It is years out of date.
I added some more colours. The green one has slightly darker edges and the black is replaced by dark green, the red one has red edges instead of yellow and the inner colour is dark red. They are essentially low contrast versions of Hopachi's originals. The yellow one uses the same colours as his Aero8 set does. The .gif previews won't show shadows under them.
