Called 'Delta45'. Note that not all / 15 cursor roles are animated as you looked for but it's all we've got.

I'll need to check out the combinations.
Low-contrast versions aren not accepted. The main purpose is visibility.

I've tested with LLX-Main (orange-teal) which has less contrast than basic-color releases.

LLX has good contrast on...
Red:
