To answer this: On the current design, the neon glow touches the edge of the square image. Technically it cannot be larger only if I give up on the (neon) glow; but that would make it another theme and the size gain wouldn't be significant.

The fact that's all animated makes it pretty complex; you've made it in 32x32 and 48x48, guessing that's a Win7 template.

Optional: As you can read at the beginning of the thread, since Windows 8 an extra layer of 64x64 was added to the cursors, increasing the supported DPI of pointers on screen.

Apart from that: You'll need to maybe check the hotspot position on some of the cursors/layers. Otherwise you'll notice jumps of positions during state changes.

For instance, the resize one, you'll grab the window where the hotpot cross (+) is placed.

I decided to take the plunge on your cursors, but in Post #2 (Custom Cursors - Windows 10 Forums), I don't see Figure 2 and Figure 3, which are referenced in the document.

Are they somewhere else and I just haven't discovered them yet?

Some way or another those images simply disappeared, eroded by time...

Now they should be back.
