    Where I find some cursors of Vista, 2000, 98 and 95?
    Cursor from Vista is similar, if not identical to the one in Win7.
    And in XP you find all the older classical cursors from 95 / 98. Well not 100% all of them but the basic ones.
    You can solve it the smart way.
    Check here, on this thread, if you read the right posts:
    Custom Cursors
    Forum member f14tomcat posted those from XP and older in a zip.

    Otherwise you get the iso / cd / dvd of the particular OS and dig for the files on your own.

    Most important for those who look for cursors here, check post 1.
    I don't always update that but most of releases are all summed up.

    @Cesare

    Here is what I've come up with for the Riddler XXL cursor.
    It's still in testing since there is no animation.
    I want to make sure the base works well enough. It does for me.
    Not all the small question marks are perfectly visible on 32x32, that asks too much, but are well resized and pretty much visible.

    This one works well as a static cursor.
    XXL meaning all is resized to the max, there is no more room for enlargement.

    The link is xxl hulk-sized, but the person is in disguise, like the Riddler.

    Riddler XXL

    @Hopachi

    Thank you so much for creating The Riddler cursor set like I requested. It look very realistic and beautiful. I also thank you for using the maximum possible size that you could to make the cursors so they fit the question marks. Since the cursors are mostly static, you could animate the background with some slight shades of green in the similar green that you used to make the background. Make sure that the other shades of green are very near to the value "Green 255". You can use very similar shades of green starting like this:

    Background shades of green:

    1. Green 222.
    2. Green 233.
    3. Green 244.
    4. Green 255.

    Please note that all the other color values like red and blue must remain at 0, off. Green and black are the only color allowed for the theme of this cursor set.

    I personally think that having four frames with different background shades from the example I wrote above will be enough and easy for you to implement. The question marks are perfect as they are.

    I have noticed that the Precision Select (Cross) and Text Select have no question mark. Please add them if you can, otherwise use an effect like you did with the spinners, (spinning wheels). Please note that I want all the cursors to be animated.

    There are 19 cursor roles, so if you can add another two other cursors with a different spinner effect for the Busy and Working In Background cursor roles, I would be delighted. Please do that.

    Since this cursor set is in beta stages, I want you to fine tune it and finish it.

    Good luck with that Hopachi. Please make all the tweaks and improvements like I suggested above. Many thanks.

    That works.
    But how about the spinners: I plan to let the spiral turn in X number of frames. Something more than 4 would be nicer.
    In this case you can go with a standard of 18 frames.

    4 frames spinner:

    A gradient from G255 to G222 looks like this:

    We'l have to see how wll that goes since there is not that much variation.

    In case you need a stronger loop effect, we can test G255 to G188:

    Those are too thin for question marks. They will have the gradient as a bare minimum animation.
    Also text and cross are precision select situations so they need to be clearly visible.

    What do you have in mind for another animation?
    I'll see what I can do.

    Four animated spinners.

    @Hopachi

    Yes, please go ahead and make the spinners spin X number of frames and slow down the animation by half. The 18 frames for the spinners are great but if you can increase that as much as you can, then that would be best. You will be required to test the frame limit. Find the middle point between, performance and animation for the spinners.

    As for the loop effect, I prefer a stronger loop effect of Green 188 to 255.

    Please add two extra cursor roles for the Busy and Working in Background cursor roles. Those would be four spinning dots like this:

    Custom Cursors-riddler_busy_xxl-48-4f_4-dots.png

    The four spinners must spin like this. See the link below:

    Fidget Spinners Cursors

    Please also make the same swirling color loop like the single spinner you made above.

    Good luck.

    OK, that should do it.
    I also have another one made up:
    qm-rain... but is a bit fast.

    How about going from green to cyan?
    Custom Cursors-linear2-long-cyan.png
    That gives a nice transition.

    - - - Updated - - -

    I will increase the frame count from 18 to 24, like in the given example.
    But either way, I'll need to reduce the layer count from 5 (128x128, 96x96...) to 3 ( up to 64x64) due to file size / limits.

    EDIT:
    24 frames spinner...

    Riddler XXL

    @Hopachi

    Yeah, it does it. I do like the question mark rain cursor. Please include it in the set.

    No, do not go from green to cyan, because that ruins the Riddler theme look. Please keep it all green. Green values that I gave above work fine.

    This green gradient is what I want. It works best and looks best for the Riddler XXL cursor set:

    Custom Cursors-linear2-long-green2.png

    I do like the 24 frames. Use that to make the animations. Please make sure that all the cursors in this whole set are animated. I do not want any static cursors, because an animated Riddler XXL cursors set is more fun and exciting.

    Please do not exceed the file size limit of 2.00MB, so that I can upload those cursors to the RealWorld website later on. I will upload the set when it is 100% finished and complete.

    The framerate differs. I'll see how it goes...
    OK, green only then.

    It's not up to me to decide that. If the animation is complex - 24frames, etc, then size might be bigger than you expect.

    @Hopachi

    Yeah, just test everything to see how it goes. Please remember to keep in mind that all the cursors in this Riddler XXL set must be fully animated.

    Yes, I want all the cursors in this green theme to be 100% green. No other colors, but green.

    I think that 24 frames would be fine, but keep checking for the file size. Spinning wheels usually have larger file size, so I would advise you to begin the 24 frames check with those spinners first. If the file size in under 2.00MB, then that will be fine. If the file size is over 2.00MB, then you will need to decrease the number of frames to something like 18 or 20 frames. Experiment with them. Good luck with that.

    I'm not decreasing any more frames since it's all complex and time-consuming.
    I'll export as is. Then we'll see how it goes.
