Here you go, I do not have that version to test so I would suggest you make a system restore point or even better image your current drive just in case something goes wrong.
I am not really sure how well it will work on the start menu because not having that version Everything you need is in the zip folder below.
Right click on UltraUXThemePatcher run as administrator, install, reboot.
Put both the non folder and non.theme file in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
Should show up in Personalization as non.

For anyone looking to use this theme it will only work on 1607

you are genius !!!
fonts are sharp and beautiful as they should be, not only on the taskbar but even in some other parts of the system interface...<3<3<3
on the start menu they are the still very blurry, but i understand that i must acquire a newer version and only then i can confirm how well they look :)
i will donate you...please, tell me how much ??? :)

If you update come back and I will do it again(This theme only works on 1607 will need new 1 when updating version).
