From the Store it is called Clock Tile Pro but the author has a few free ones that uses the same skins & faces like Clock, Clock Tile DIY but with the free versions you have to rebuild your tile a few times a day and cannot save custom clocks.

@BunnyJ, Another good clock that I had that is totally free (No Strings) Was "Digital Live Tile Clock but it would quit running on previous Win 10 Builds. I just reinstalled it on 9926 and will see if it keeps running.

I am 77 year old stick in the mud and like W7 using Classic shell beta 4.2
I dont want to scroll down over 100 items to find what I want.
Having said that most used programs can be accessed with two clicks in Object dock left or sysmetrix/gadgets on the right

Start menu is very rarely used. 2/3 clicks on my desktop find 97% of items. Obviously tiles would cover more acreage
than I have even across 3 monitors.
Here is the standard desktop I use Attachment 11609

For instance Sysmetrix right hand panel dates back to XP.
Boot back into W7 from bios for day to day use.
