Shift for selecting multiple Files not working

The "Reset Folders" worked for me. Thanks jupp seed.

Simply go to File Explorer > File > Change folder and search options > View > Reset Folders

I recently changed and updated my drivers for my touchpad, which caused some problems afterwards. Maybe this was related, no idea. Now it's fixed. Thanks!

I know very old but this fixed my same problem.

Press CTL and NUM Lock at same time and it fixed it.
