Control how windows Themes should be use to customize the way we want

I've notice that the windows 10 doesn't have a lot of different types of themes available for us to customize it to fit our taste. I would really like MS to either give us the option to download different types of themes and wallpapersfrom the web and just download it directly into the theme folder directory. Same goes for all the other different folders that's meant for different customization. Mouse and keyboard icon skin should be download it automatically into the mouse Folder etc this would make it a lot less complicated for even the novice users to be able to customize how they want they're desktop or laptop to look like. I love to customize my desktop the way I want it to look and that just brings unique only to me.

Hi, Windows 10 frames are implemented differently- far more restrictions.
MS's policy seems to be somewhat to take the P out of PC.

    Stardock's Windowblinds isn't yet compatible with '10.

Aeroglass (which previously could provide rounded frames) isn't going to be doing so for '10.

I suspect there may be no way to easily put distinctive borders around windows now, should one wish to, but I'm no expert.

The main thing for me has been to achieve sthg I can live with:
Aeroglass (transparency + colour control for active and inactive title bars + colour control of title bar text; background colours for most windows using
    a. Qttabbar
    b. a registry hack (which needs the theme reapplied on resume from sleep or hibernation to maintain the background colour)
    and drop shadows.

And apart from that there's the Aerolite theme which is a good immediate step in the right direction when you have win 10 first installed.

You guys can create you own themes. This link is a good guide to the file layout:
    Theme File Format (Windows)

And here's a theme for you to start with.
