    Thinking about it since W7

There is one thing that annoys me for long time but now it's even worse.
Every time when system sound, well, sounds when something like Caps lock or USB insertion happens, there's an error or whatever, my screen(s) blink and everything on screens goes negative, like photo film.
Lately it started interfering a lot, for instance my program for watching TV freezes and I have to restart it. If I play solitaire it happens too.
Checked everything in GPU drivers, killed system sounds but still all the same. I don't recall doing anything to enable that could trigger that.
Ideas please !!! Driving me nuts.

There, fixed it now, no idea why it came as attachment instead of picture.
