    I don't really care about the looks. As long as it works, it's OK. I rather have function and ease of use than looks.

    The looks of the OS should play a part as much as how it works. Yes, functionality is key but for me I want it to look nice as well.

    I agree 100%. Functionality is what I look for. When I first installed W7 I didn't even notice that Aero was turned on.
