    Windows 10 All users taskbar folder location.

    Does anyone know how to set taskbar icons for all users in windows 10?

    They are stored in C:\Users\<User name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar for each user. I think you'd have to copy in the shortcuts you wanted from a template.

    Thank you, I was hoping this to work with all users. Looks like I will run a script once for each user when they log on.

    Your system specs say you have 8.1. Do you have 8.1 Pro (or 10 Pro) by any chance?

    If so you can set the taskbar and then stop users changing it through group policy. Group Policy Settings for Start Menu and Taskbar
