How in heaven's name do you change a font style in Windows 10?

I've always preferred the Georgia font style for use on the desktop Icons and menus throughout.
When I upgraded to Win 10 a default Font style was placed instead. I've scoured online for solutions to
what ought to be a very simple and elementary adjustment. I've gotten page after page of stuff that may
have worked in previous versions of windows, but not in Win 10. If someone held me at gunpoint right now
and demanded that I change my desktop font to Georgia, I'd be helplessly shot without a shred of hope.

Does this take an act of God, or is there a tool for font changes in specific places?
    Step by step... please.

God in heaven; requires a utility. Very well. I'm desperate.

This resolved the problem. Thank you.
