Is there WinCustomize for Windows 10?

I have installed Aero Glass. How to run it ? I am not finding any Aero glass in all apps. I went to Aeroglass install folder. There I could see only aerohost. When I tried to run it, a message appears saying it is not to be run by user. But I am not finding any difference in title bar or taskbar icons now.

I don't remember the exact procedure, I think the setup enables it automatically. But I do remember that you have to install it in a simple path such as C:\Aeroglass without spaces and large depth to work properly. C:\Aeroglass for example is first level folder in the root of your hard disk, so it should work. Try running the setup again and install it there. You should notice that the minimize-maximize-close buttons from flat become 3D and the menu bar becomes transparent.
