I tried Classic Color Panel 2.0.0.57 and even bought it but.....
InactiveCaptionText, InactiveCaption, ActiveCaptive are set to Black but after clicking on the Apply button and restarting the pc the same blush grey text color shows up for inactive window for Notepad or Windows Explorer folders or This PC etc. My Active window text color shows up as white.
By right clicking on the icon, I ran the program: Run as administrator
