Windows all open 1/4 sized after closing

    Windows all open 1/4 sized after shutting down.


    Graphics card gave up, so I switched to on board DVI port. Sizes of fonts etc are not able to reset to same as before. Main issue is that widow sizes and location are not remembered. They always open 1/4 size, in the top left 1/4 of my screen. I did google and found "click max/min button a few times" but thats no help.

    You probably have corrupted BAGS keys in the registry, delete these and windows size /position should be manageable again.

    Many thanks for this info. Personally, I am a "computer dummy" and dont know what "BAGS keys in the registry" are. However the registry part convinced me to run the registry cleaner in CCleaner, and bingo its fixed. Many thanks again.
