    How Do I Rid Myself Of This Ghastly Appearance?


    I think my other user must have implemented this in his side of the PC and I have checked that Caret Browsing is off.
    So why is this affecting me?

    Solved, High Contrast Settings were on in Ease Of Access. A few minor adjustments to restore my normal background and Theme Colour and all is well again.
    But sound remains off, will now investigate that.
