    How do you restore themes? Is that perhaps your question?

    I also note you say you have Win 7. Bear in mind that answers here are likely to be Win 10 based, and may or may not apply.

    I want change the default theme, Using setupcomplete.cmd
    Is the registry file correct?

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
