So Windows 10 RTM uses your accent color to paint the window borders, even the titlebar with the option "apply color to titlebars and borders" turned on in settings, but since like 1803 update, it uses a black border, you can get the colored one by enabling the setting but it also paints the title bar. I have found a workaround (Enable Dark Title Bars with Custom Accent Color in Windows 10) but it seems to revert everytime you log out, and doesn't work well with file explorer in dark mode (caption text not visible when i make the titlebar white), so would it be possible to somehow restore that functionality to 22H2?

I also saw a forum post about this, but no one confirmed if it works, so I'd rather not mess with it. Link if anyone wants: Accent color for window border BUT NOT title bar?

OS: Windows 10 22H2 Home

EDIT: I've also tried creating a custom theme from the default one, and painting the borders myself, but that doesn't make sense, since they will not change to adapt the accent color this way (this also solves the problem of missing border for file explorer in light mode)
