The only idea I have is install the theme on another computer then grab the icons.

No, you do not want to use those iPacks on any Windows system 19H1 or newer.
The icon packs you referenced are by gepnozeex , repacked for iPack by myself about seven years ago, they are only for use on Windows 10 TH2 which were located here:

As you can see and what the owner of VSTHEMES.ORG failed to publish is that the iPack is not for use on 19H1 and later as I did on the bottom of my original forum page. And they are certainly NOT FOR USE on Vista or XP either. But what do they care, it's all about the clicks right?

I have recently repacked the same icon packs for 7tsp for use on Windows 10 22H2++ , you can get them here ......

7tsp GUI used to install the 7tsp icon packs is located here:

BTW , installing the iPacks and grabbing them from another computer is not wise also , reason is that 19H1 and newer versions of Windows, Microsoft has taken to using *.mun.res files in icon packs in lieu of just *.res files. You MIGHT get away with it but the chances of something being messed up or it messing something up increases tenfold, so do so at your own risk, otherwise just use the 7tsp icon packs I linked above.

iPack installation software is no longer compatible with current versions of Windows ...... Mr.Blade has chosen to abandon it, it has not been updated in years and does not handle *.mun.res files.
