How do I restore the non-acrylic transparency from version 1507

I want my Windows 10 to have non-blurry transparency like the old versions from before Fluent design was introduced. I think the acrylic blur is too blurry and noisy. I liked the old metro transparency and wish there was a way to apply it to all of the applications in Windows that use transparency.
