Edit Windows explorer files context menu

I have so much stuff there that in some folders, OneDrive for instance, I can't access 3-4 items at the bottom of the list, They're offscreen.

Not to mention, even tho at he top it looks like there's a scroll arrow, it does not function

What is the easiest way to edit it, i.e. those two entries below open?

EDIT: I managed to remove those remove those above items. Unless someone has a solution to make the list more compact by shrinking the spaces/gaps, I'd still like to get rid of several more specific OneDrive related entries: Version History; Always keep on this device; Free up space.

In fact, if there is a way to make things denser, I'd still like to remove those items as well.

Start with Shellexview (free). Enable/disable checkboxes.
Want more? Try Autoruns (free from MS) - look for the relevant sections.

Some that are thereby default cannot be hidden by such tools.

Don't use Onedrive? Consider uninstalling it completely- with due care to remove integration and disabling synching first.

If your context menu is long, there should be a black triangle- mine scrolls if I click on it.
If the menu is displayed with everything from one end shown, one triangle will be grey (inactive), one black (active).
Look at both top and bottom.

In my OP, both images were taken when OneDrive was mounted. The top image with those three entries, which has the "arrow",is an abbreviated version of the entire visible context menu.

The second image, is the unabridged image, in which the arrow is missing. One would expect "no arrow" if all expected entries are showing, but the problem is that "properties" is below "rename", but it's hidden. Before I removed those three items I mentioned in the OP, there were three context terms hidden on the bottom, with no working arrow, and now no arrow at all.

Here's the picture when Onedrive is closed

My question is whether Onedrive is responsible for this.

Thank you for your reply. I answered much of your initial question.

Onedrive? I don't see what that's got to do with arrows on the context menu.

I have uninstalled it with no effect on those. Good luck.

It only happens in OneDrive. Anyhow, as always, thanks for the help.
