That diagram was part of the OP's post #1.
You said it could be done.

In that case, you'll be able to post this from a custom themed Windows 10.

    I'll await that with interest.

Well I have been pondering this for some time, there is a certain order of operations to accomplish this. You have to do it in a certain order because one setting could counter-balance the other setting. I am only making suggestions but everything else is up to you, and you should read further into the subject. Keep in mind there might be missing things to checkout. Like the "UltraUXThemePatcher" but that might be optional.

    0. If you want that "Menu Bar" as with OSX then you could just download "Winstep Nexus" and within the appearance there is a customized theme. In fact there are two that matches OSX.

0A. If you want to change the trash can and other systems folders, then you could use resource hacker, but you need to have matching .ico types and sizes. There are tons of folders .icon online you could replace the .ico These are the group icons and not individual icons. The file is usually called imageres ( followed by a couple strings ). The position and name changes slightly with each OS release.

0B. If you want to change the startup logo, there is one method for the MBR users and another for the GPT users.

0C. If you want your Toolbar/Taskbar to appear like Ubuntu or OSX you could simply move it to the top. Actually it is a lot more comfortable for me this way. Within the Registry you could make the bar hide, become bigger in width, or even have bigger to rearranged icons ( I forget what are the keys but they are there ), similar to Windows 11. However these options might be available with other programs/apps mentioned if not.

    1. To get dark mode you need to use the Winaero Tweaker. There should be two options.
1A. To get built in Aero you could also use Winaero Tweaker, but it is not advisable and would probably be better off using other apps. Because it might not add-up together.
1B. To get colored-bars you can select this option in Winaero Tweaker but whatever your background is the offset will be different.
    1. To get the start-menu you could use

    A. Startisback which you have to pay for. In fact startisback have many other products related to this, but the original is what you want. You could have customizable start-buttons and more.

    or

    B. Openshell ( which is free ) but openshell requires more reading, but have way more options then start is back. Start is back does what Openshell can do out of the box with little understanding of what is being done at all.

    2. To get glass you ( on everything ) you could use Windows Blinds. However Windows Blinds is considered out-dated, but is the most fastest method. It is advisable to let transparency effects stay blank, as it is using the GPU heavily to accomplish this feat.
However with this you will have true glass as with Windows 7.

    3. Lets say you want jet-black like me. You need to go to your run window and type the following.

    shell:::{ED834ED6-4B5A-4bfe-8F11-A626DCB6A921}

Select Windows Default or Windows Light, followed by a restart. Now you will have sleek slick sexy black bars.
However if you have colored bars enabled the colored bars will take possession.

    4. Finally as all things to change the accent ( because if you shut-down it will most likely be that lame Windows blue.

    A. You need to find the registry key for the accent. This affects the File button color, and shutdown menu, and anything else that is blue.

or if your windows is activated you could change the accent in the personalize settings.

Because the Windows 10 GUI looks more like cockroach vomit meant for a tablet and not a PC?
Nobody can not agree with that statement. Ugliest OS Microsoft have ever made. If your a millionaire maybe you would feel different about it. Windows 7 > Windows Vista > Windows XP = Windows 9x > Windows 1.0 into 3.1 > Windows 8 - Metro > Windows 10. If it was not for glass then Windows Vista would win hands down.

Apple started this with OS9 and Rhapsody. After OSX took ground that is when Microsoft had to make the OS look good.
Without Apple OSX and it's Silver / Metalic look it would be another joke in comparison to 3.1
