    Permanently change boot time to display recovery options at startup


    I use the command prompt here to "Change Display OS Timeout in Command Prompt"

    Is there a similar command or procedure to "permanently change boot time to display recovery options at startup"?

    Advanced startup options would let you get to recovery options.
    Boot to Advanced Startup Options - TenForums

    WinaeroTweaker has a setting to always show Advanced startup options
