    changing the windows 10 setup installer title bars, text and ribbonui?


    hello, in the pictuer i have provided,. changing the windows 10 setup installer title bars, text and ribbonui?-capture.png the circle stuff is what im wanting to change to my own theme. i have a speffic goal in mind on what i want it to look like. what programs do i use to open, explore and edit the files, and how do i view them?

    I have never seen anybody post a method of doing what you want to do.
    I think you'd have to write your own setup.exe to achieve it.
