    Sign in screen blurred


    Recently installed a fresh version of the latest Windows 10 on my old Dell laptop.
    When starting, the picture on the sign in is blurred.
    Have set theme to transparency, with no effect.
    Is there something I’m missing, read somewhere that this is a bug on the new versions of Window 10 ?
