Using Stardock Start 10 (Under $5) and like it as well as Classic Shell Start Menu - just in case Classic Shell disappears.

Hello JohnBurns. Did you post using Edge?
It seems that Edge only posts "Attachments" to the forum.
I could be wrong. Perhaps there is a switch to fix that outcome.
Using another browser, an actual image is posted rather than an attachment.
... also all my recent posts have used Start10 in Windows 10,
you can skin a Start10 menu,
but it is necessary to use WindowBlinds that makes theming the Start10 menu possible.
Hundreds of themes.
Most 10 users, IMHO, might not like the fact that the integrated menu,
is just a desktop version of the metro UI.
It is primarily a menu designed for touch devices.
One gripe, among many, I have with it, is that depending on the status of a particular build,
the menu fails to work. Clicking or touching the Winkey has failed to bring up a menu with many builds.
Restarting explorer does not "fix" the start menu.
Sometimes new installation menu links are frozen
on the Windows 10 start menu requiring an explorer restart.
Depends on the viability of a particular build.
Hence, problem solved with a menu replacement.
Apologies to the OP.
Still, now having tried 17063 and a dozen other builds,
I revert back to what works best for this user.
Truth be told, unlike many, I have always been a fan of the metro UI.
... not a fan of social media, never go there, never will do social media,
do not need a single store app, tablet app, or phone app (do not use a smartphone)
have no use whatsoever for synchronization or subscriptions, no virtualizations,
do not trust onedrive, never used ...
Big fan of tiles and touch.
Again apologies to the OP.
Cheers - signing off for a long time.
