I just finished a clean install of my HP Computer after upgrading both of my computers to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 and both Start Menus are almost Identical.

I'm also back to classic shell. The new start menu looks nice and I really appreciate MS bringing it back. But classic shell one is far more practical plus I can always bring up the Windows start menu if I'd like to.
On startup, I have it set to display the Start Screen without the Start Menu. When I exit an app the Start Menu is displayed and I have to click the Windows icon to once again display only the Start Screen (tiles only).
