How to enlarge icons (make icons bigger) in Small Taskbar Icons mode?

    Hello, Tenforums.

in W10 settings, there is option to make Taskbar Icons smaller, by cliclikng on Use small taskbar icons
Use Large or Small Taskbar Buttons in Windows 10

When you toggle this mode on, this happens :
    - the height of Takbar decreases
    - the Icons on the Taskbar gets smaller
    - the Icon is now "centered" horizontally, leaving some space above and below its body

    this is the expected behavior.

    My question is :
Is it possible - within the Use small taskbar icons mode -
to make the size of the icon bigger, so that all icons should now obtain the full area of Taskbar, but without enlarging the size Taskbar ?
In other words, so that the Icon becomes bigger to "eat" the space below and above?

The process which Im describing is possible to perform within the "Normal" size of Taskbar.
by using app 7+ Taskbar Tweaker

    The effect is next :
-the Taskbar size remains the same
    - all the icons gets bigger and takes now full space of Taskbar

in other words, I can transform the taskbar from this

    into this

But unfortunatelly it doesnt have any effect on Use small taskbar icons mode

    Also, I tried this solution
    go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
create New > Dword (32-bit) Value. name TaskbarSI. Hexadecimal = 2

    but this also desnt work

StartIsBack++ doesnt work too. When clicking on L pr XL button sie, it just reverts the Taskbar to "Normal" state.

Can you please suggest, if it is possible to do something like that?

I usually set Display settings and the Scale to something more useful, especially on my Notebooks. It does change icon size on the Taskbar. Some have choices 125%, 150% or 175%.
