Help UltraUxThemePatcher will not patch system

I downloaded UltraUxThemePatcher from here which appears to be the authors official website as I wanted to install a custom theme, I run the program and hit install and it goes through the process and I restart my computer then run the program again to see if the program patched the system and it says that Themeui and Uxinit are not patched. I'm currently using Windows 10 Pro version 22H2 (OS build 19045.2130) and is up to date on updates, so any help would be appreciated and thanks in advanced.

In rare cases after a Windows 10 Update, the patcher is not able to take ownership of the necessary files in c:\windows\system32 (uxtheme.dll, uxinit.dll, themeui.dll). Only solution today: Sign in as Administrator, take ownership to the 3 files and grant full authorization, reboot and afterwards use the patcher again as Administrator. The modification should work now.

Otherwise a random guess might suggest it's not caught up with the latest build. You would need to find some way to check build compatibility - a forum of users, the author...?

Glad it worked out.

Remember to make sure you use disk imaging routinely... e.g. MAcrium Reflect (free/paid) + large enough external storage for image files- so you can recover readily from bad situations- even disk failure.
