Is there a way to increase the max number of tiles in a tile group?

Version: 21H2 Build 19044

Hi, when I pin items to the Start Menu, it seems that the max number of tiles in a tile group is 16 (4 rows of 4 medium-sized icons).
If you pin a 17th item, it will create a new tile group. I was wondering if there's a way to increase the max number of tiles in a tile group?

You can simply click > drag and drop them in to position.
No idea what the group limit is, but it's more than 12 vertically. More than 40 Medium/Small tiles.
Some can be Small size like Control Panel, Calculator, Snipping tool.
